Need a simple sensory bin for infants? This fall fabric sensory bin for infants is perfect for little ones that want to explore with hands, eyes, and mouths. It’s super simple to throw to together but providers lots of exploration for little hands!
While my preschooler and toddlers are off playing with fall themed light table small worlds or counting with pumpkins my littlest daycare child (6 months) has been enjoying a sensory bin of her own. A simple fall fabric sensory bin for infants!
I used a bunch of different fall fabrics that I had left over from projects as well as some of the left over silks and felt leaves from our nature table to create her a fall sensory box.
She really enjoyed rubbing the fabric around, as well as throwing it in and out of the box. I thinking dumping it was her favorite part. The fabric is safe for her to pick up and even put in her mouth. I made sure that this fabric had no hanging strings or loose ends before I gave it to her. She was constantly moving and exploring in this sensory bin so I struggled to get non-blurry shots of her in action.
Whoa! I can lift it up! I see you pumpkins! Even the box was a fun sensory experience.
She really likes this bin, she usually ends up in the bucket with all the fabric and just thinks its so cools she can do it! She gets so proud of herself as she sits inside the box!
