Hi Vanessa! Yes it is sent by email. Sometimes it ends up in spam or takes a few minutes to appear in your inbox. You should also have been directed to a download page after you completed your purchase. I’ll look into why this isn’t happening. Did you receive it?

Hey there, I came across this and thought it was exactly what I needed. I have yet to receive the template however.
Upon looking into this more I see the post appears to be a few years old. Is this still something I would be able to receive ? I did Paypal the money, and provided my best email address to return it to.

Hi Brittany! Yes, this post has been available for awhile now but the documents are still available and very much up to date. I know sometimes it takes PayPal up to 15 mins to process the payment, at which point the system will send out your download links. I see in my system that you have been able to access the file so I hope that it didn’t take too long to get to you!
I update the documents as often as needed and I make sure the are available in different formats so that you can edit dates and policies to fit your program. Even though I have had this available for awhile they still should be relevant providers today. Hope this helps 🙂
