This Halloween bark recipe is super easy! Seriously!
The kids really love to help cook I’ve been trying to find easy recipes that kids can make. With Halloween on the horizon we really wanted to make a Halloween treat. We needed something that the kids could help with and this Halloween bark recipe from a daycare provider friend of mine was the perfect fit!
Halloween Bark Recipe Kids Can Make
Ingredients needed for Halloween Bark:
- Wax/parchment paper
- White chocolate chips (melting chips would probably work better but I only had chocolate chips)
- Pretzels
- Candy corn
- Halloween Oreos
- and whatever other items you want to add! Mini marshmallows, raisins, Reese’s Pieces, Peanut butter cups… there’s lots you can add!
The kids broke the Oreo’s into quarters and poured each of the candies into a separate bowl
We made this two separate ways: drizzling the melted chocolate over the candies and spreading the melted chocolate on the paper then putting the candies in.
Version One: Spread candies out on wax paper, drizzle chocolate over candy and refrigerate
