So what is Poppins Book Nook you ask?
Poppins Book Nook is a free monthly virtual book club created by Enchanted Homeschooling Mom (EHM) for children in Pre-K through 12th grade. Each month several amazing bloggers join EHM in the book club by picking a book that meets the theme of the month and creating activities that go along with it! Each monthly book club will be presented on the last Monday of each month.
Also Enchanted Homeschooling Mom is creating and offering a free monthly lapbook full of activities for your child to enjoy that will go along with each monthly theme. Check out this months now!
What can you expect to find here each month?
- MB, the daycare girls, and I will select a book (or two) that fits within the Poppins Book Nook monthly theme
- We will then read, explore, and review the book here
- To expand on the book, we will create a simple learning activity or craft that fits with what we have read and learned from the book we picked
- Each post will be presented on the last Monday of the month
- Each post will have links to EHM’s current free lapbook activity that matches our monthly theme
- Links to each of the other co-hosts will be included each month so you can check out all the amazing book related activities and crafts for kids!
